I’m sorry there are teachers who feel that way who are transparent to that belief. Funny, that may be why we never feel finished in our class. Everything we do opens it up wide. We are never done.

Is there a crisis of spirit in education? I would say so. Plenty of religion in it, but little spirit.

And I still want out of it.
